Cheeseburger Noodle Skillet will satisfy your burger craving without the messy grill by using one pot for an easy weeknight dish!

Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes with onions, not drained
2 1/2 cups water
1 tablespoon prepared yellow mustard or Dijon mustard
Salt and pepper, to taste
12 ounces Pennsylvania Dutch® Medium Egg Noodles
8 ounces American cheese for melting, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
Directions
1In a large non-stick skillet, brown ground beef over medium-high heat, stirring frequently until meat is cooked through. Drain off fat and return meat to the skillet.
2Add tomatoes, water, mustard, and salt and pepper. Heat over medium-high heat until simmering. Reduce heat to maintain a simmer and stir in dry noodles.
3Cook, stirring frequently, for about 7-9 minutes or until noodles are cooked.
4Stir in cheese cubes and cook until cheese is melted, stirring frequently.
