Ingredients
8 ounces Pennsylvania Dutch Broad Egg Noodles
1 pound lean ground beef
1 jar (16 ounce) salsa (about 1 3/4 cups)
2 cups water
8 ounces pasteurized process cheese spread, cubed
Directions
Cook beef in large skillet over medium-high heat, stirring to crumble until lightly browned. Stirin salsa and 2 cups water; heat to a boil. Stir in uncooked noodles.
Reduce heat to medium-low. Cover and simmer for 8 to 10 minutes, or until noodles are tender.
