One Pot Salsa Beef Noodles

Ingredients
  • 8 ounces Pennsylvania Dutch Broad Egg Noodles
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 jar (16 ounce) salsa (about 1 3/4 cups)
  • 2 cups water
  • 8 ounces pasteurized process cheese spread, cubed
Directions
  1. Cook beef in large skillet over medium-high heat, stirring to crumble until lightly browned. Stir in salsa and 2 cups water; heat to a boil. Stir in uncooked noodles.
  2. Reduce heat to medium-low. Cover and simmer for 8 to 10 minutes, or until noodles are tender.
  3. Add cheese. Stir until melted and smooth.
