Ingredients
16 ounces Pennsylvania Dutch Homestyle Noodles
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons chopped garlic
1 pound ham, sliced into thin strips
1/2 pound mushrooms, sliced
1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
1/4 cup diced roasted red pepper
1/2 cup white wine
1/2 cup chicken broth or consommé
3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and black pepper to taste
Directions
Cook noodles according to package directions.
Heat oil in a large skillet; add garlic, ham, mushrooms and fresh basil. Cook and stir for two minutes. Add cooked noodles and red pepper; toss to blend. Add wine and chicken broth; cook until it starts to simmer then add cheese.
Stir gently to combine all ingredients. Season with salt and black pepper.
