Many kids love the taste of Pennsylvania Dutch Noodles and meat sauce! In this version, cheese makes the recipe even more appealing.

Ingredients
- 16 ounces Pennsylvania Dutch Homestyle Noodles
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 (26 to 30 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup (2 ounces) shredded Cheddar or American cheese
Directions
- Slightly undercook noodles and drain.
- Cook ground beef and onion in a 4-quart Dutch oven over medium heat, stirring frequently.
- Cook 4 minutes or until meat is browned. Stir in spaghetti sauce, salt and pepper; heat to simmering. Stir in noodles. Sprinkle with cheese.
- Cover and heat 1 minute, or until cheese is melted.
